1) Call or Email AESG for a FREE Consultation2) AESG sends you an estimate and agreement for your authorization
3) Upon receipt of signed estimate and agreement, work begins
4) Invoice and time sheet are sent out via email, fax or U.S. mail, payment per terms
5) Payment may be made securely through PayPal, using your credit card
Retainer Program
As a busy entrepreneur and business owner, you may offer your clients better pricing if they purchase in volume. You may even also work on a retainer basis. Our professional service offers value pricing for our clients that are ready to commit to blocks of time per month.
Benefits:
- Better pricing per hour
- Dedicated blocks of time for your project
- Rollover allowed for one (1) month (example: you purchase 80 hour block, only use 60 hours in the month purchased, 20 remaining hours MUST be used in the following month. AESG would then recommend that you purchase 40 hour block for that month.)
- Payment plans for your convenience (example: monthly, bi-annually or yearly payments)
- Convenient online payments through PayPal or set up recurring payments on your choice of payment plans

How does it work?
First of all, we ask that you meet with us to review needs, we will give your our employee survey to be filled out by your employees to better customize a plan. We put together a proposal and once your company has approved it, Your company purchases a yearly contract based on a monthly membership per employee. A Welcome Packet is provided for each employee explaining our services Each employee then sends us via email or phone their "to do" list on a weekly basis. Incurred Charges for purchases, errands, etc... are paid by the employee. Rush charges are also paid by the employee. No additional charge for new employees during your contract period (up to 5). After the 5th employee, your company may be charged an additional fee. This benefit would be considered part of your benefits package and would only be available for eligible employees.
What Is a Virtual Assistant?
Virtual Assistants work from their own offices and utilize today's technology to deliver their services and communicate with
clients.
A Virtual Assistant's support is foundationally administrative, secretarial and clerical in nature. However, many Virtual
Assistants offer additional specialties that fall under creative and technical services.
Virtual Assistants come from a variety of business backgrounds, but the single-most important qualification to become a
Virtual Assistant is at least five (5) years administrative experience earned in the real (non-virtual) business world working in
upper level capacities such as administrative assistant, executive assistant, secretary, legal assistant, paralegal, legal
secretary, real estate assistant, office manager, etc.
From this level of experience, a VA is expected to possess the skill sets, training and business knowledge which are the
hallmark of a truly qualified Virtual Assistant.
